Record computer availability

O&O Syspectr can determine and record the availability of each computer. The computer's connection to the Internet is decisive for availability, i.e. a computer whose network connection has been deactivated is identified as no longer available.

Determining availability can sometimes be understood as monitoring workstations, with no record of actual computer usage. Only the operating status (switched on and connected to the Internet) is determined.

You can enable or disable availability recording for all machines here. If you enable them, you can then disable availability for individual computers or for a group of computers individually.

Record availability for managed accounts

This is a paid option that requires an Enterprise license.

Similarly, you can determine and record availability for managed accounts. The same requirements apply as described above. Please ensure that you have obtained consent for the managed account to perform these recordings.
