Installation
To monitor a computer with O&O Syspectr, install the O&O Syspectr client on it. It does not matter whether it is a desktop PC, a notebook, a server or a virtual machine: O&O Syspectr recognizes the system during installation and installs the right components.
With O&O Syspectr Free you can add up to 10 PCs and servers to your account; with Premium, Enterprise and Resilience, there is no limit.
System requirements
- A current 64-bit version of Windows for desktops or servers, also in a virtual machine
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
- Internet access via port 443 (outbound connections only)
- Administrator rights for the installation
Ways to install
- Local installation: run the installation file on the computer.
- Installation across a network: roll out the MSI file to many computers at once, for example with group policies (Enterprise or higher).
After the installation, the computer appears in your account; new computers may first need to be approved. Updates of the client and its modules are installed automatically.
