Overview
The details page of a computer is divided into three parts:
Computer information – the system information of the computer, organized into System, Network and Operation: for example the Windows version, device type, client version, uptime, hardware, IP addresses per network adapter, Wi-Fi, battery and recovery environment. The Operation tile shows whether the computer is online or offline, together with the boot time or the time of the last contact.
Modules – the modules available on the computer and their status. A yellow or red symbol indicates a warning or a problem; modules without warnings or problems show no symbol, which should be the normal case.
Last events – the most recent events on the computer.
Actions
At the top right above the computer information, you find up to six buttons:
Power (only when the computer is online) – shut down or restart the computer. You need a TAN, which O&O Syspectr sends to you by email.
Note – save notes on the computer.
Computer tags – show the tags of the computer and assign tags to it.
Send message – send a message that is shown on the screen of the computer.
Report – create a report on the computer as a PDF, CSV or Excel file. With Premium and higher, you can download reports you created earlier again from the report archive.
Settings – change the settings of the computer.
Functions not available while offline
Modules and functions that cannot be used while the computer is switched off or offline are not shown: Remote Desktop, Remote Console, and shutting down or restarting the computer.
