System settings

Here you set the language, time zone, date and time format and the system of measurement (metric or US) of your account. The user interface is available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese; reports are created in the language you choose. You can also specify whether inactive modules are hidden.

AI-based explanations

O&O Syspectr can use artificial intelligence to explain the meaning of each event. In the Software, Hardware and Processes modules, you also get general information on each entry. This helps you to understand your systems better and to make informed decisions. Texts created by AI are marked as such. You enable this function in your account settings.

Themes

You can change the color scheme of the user interface. The following themes are available: Light, LightGrey, Dark and High Contrast. High Contrast is designed for users with visual impairments.

Appearance

Here you upload the logo that O&O Syspectr shows in the user interface and in your reports. The logo must be a JPEG, PNG or GIF file of 1 MB or less.
